The day ended in fatigue

Yet brightness lingers

Keeping up with special needs.

Rain that whispers in the night

                                         Soothes with peace and calm

Providing fresh beginnings.

Awake dry land from slumber

Spring rain has arrived

Drink deeply now and survive.

Aunt Marie, words are your paintbrush! I love your Haiku’s – you always leave me with a picture in my minds eye after I read your writing. You are such a talent. Love, Diane

  4. I enjoy doing Haikus, but I think less is always more difficult. Thanks so much for your comment and for letting me know how much you enjoy my ‘words’. Love you.
